Tickle taunting only when tickling the feet?

It has come to my mind that the only time i have used the taunts of "Tickle,Tickle" or "Kitchie Koo" is when I tickle someone's feet! If I were to tickle anywhere else on the body I wouldn't say anything.
Has anyone else thought of this same theory?
Are tickle taunts specifically reserved for foot tickling?

Yeah , sure , taunting is cool when you're tickling feet .... but it's kinda difficult for me to taunt when my mouth is wrapped around the toes of the foot of the female with whom I am tickling.

Over the years, I've had the opportunities to tickle many, many people. When it come to "koochie koochie koo", I've been known to coo it over cute young females and the occasional adult baby.

I've only used it once while I tickled a "big, strong man".

Maybe I should amuse myself by using it on people at the next LA event...see if just the words will make them more ticklish.

I have noticed that the phrase "tickle, tickle" can drive some people really crazy.
