There is an easy way to answer your question.

Go check. It takes a second. I know surfing to another web page can be such a trial, and asking here saves those precious finger strokes for other things, but I don;t think it's that much of a trial to look oneself.

On a more serious note. Yes the Theater is down. Odds are it's down for good. And that is a bad and sad thing. A lot of folks who populated the site are here now, and it does't do much for their mood to see threads like this dredged up every day as part of a chuckle campaign to be cute.

There is a Theater sub forum in the Internet community area now. If you are looking to connect with your Theater friends, it's the place to try. Also it's where you'll find updates about the status of the theater as it's old mods will post there.

I'll miss the site, and always felt the community was improved by having a number of community platforms in it.

It's freaking out. It's only half down apparently. I can occasionally get in for a few seconds, and then it goes back to being down. And then it goes back up... and back down...

For some reason, it looks like my account can no longer post or even send PMs on TickleTheater. Not really sure what's up. Seems more likely to be a glitch than a disciplinary action.

I'm in the "TTC|Advanced Member" user group, so it's possible that other people in the same user group are similarly affected.

Who would I contact about this? HDS?
