Tickle Videos...Do they suck?

I was cruising the tickle japan website after looking at the TMF, and I came to a pretty bsaddening conclusion. Tickling is getting tacky, now when I say ticklng, I don't mean the act, or the love of it, but the way models are presented. And how the tickling is done on videos and the fetish websites. I have gone to so many websites and they all are the same. It is literally mind numbing when you think about it, there is little or no originality there is almost always nudity, there is almost always the typical loud blood curdling scream, and the thrashing and screaming. I don't mean the people who do this for free, I mean the people who make these videos for money. And I don't mean all of them, just some of them. But I'll let you guys figure who I mean.

I personally am not interested in seeing someone's butt hanging out of a torture device, if I wanted to tickle a woman nude in a torutre device, I'd get a feather filled iron maiden. I'm sure I'd get better laughs than some of those aforementioned producers.

I think it is just aboiut money, as some of you do as well, I think that the money is causing these falsities of truth to produce a ratio of crap to gold by three to oneheck, let's try thee hundred to one. 😀

I think the money should blow up, if it's a crappy video. I think that there should be nanodetonators in the money the producers recieve and if the customer dislikes it, they can press a button on the remote control and the money can blow up. And if the money is already at a store in a cash register....oh well....

I think it's more the times than anything. Looking back, and this isn't just subject to tickling vids, but any sort of media or writing, there's a sort of general consensus running through things. Er, well, I'm a writer, so the only true examples I can think of are the existentialist movements, and theater of the absurd from the 1950s-60's.

I don't know that I agree with you about them sucking "Now", though. A few years back, it was all dungeon scenes, which I'll refer to Real tickling for (their old videos, and by far not in a negative light). Another good source of this would be feetonline. Actually, ticklingparadise too. Everything lacked the originality then, but now seems original by comparison to the new stuff, you know? Though, ticklingparadise was the least... etc! Off topic!

Either way, the major problem of the situation is that we have nothing to reasonably compare to, since most companies are attempting to be similar to one another, with a small catch here or there that makes them different. But then, that's a problem with capitalism.

Originality is never something to expect of the Prono industry, though, admittedly. And truthfully, people don't necessarily want originality; they want things they're familiar with. Any change would be subtle over a longish amount of time.

Now...

If you want non nudity tickling, I can definately recommend laughterisbeautiful, though I thought the tickling left something to be desired. Realistic, to be sure, but by far not howling. Low amounts of bondage as well.

Buuuut, let me centralize the topic at hand for further discussion:

Your point is that video companies suck for lacking originality, and selling out to the nudity aspect, as well as the extremely ticklish aspect, yes? I don't care for the nudity myself, however, I love the screaming and trashing when it's real. I mean, I want it, but not all the time, you know? So I agree with you.

Though, despite being a consumer, I'm most interested in hearing what the producers have to say about this. Let's hear some 😱.

Well that is what you get so long as tickling remains the red-headed step child of the bondage community. Many videos are simply purely unimaginative tickling videos. They are of that 'it must be' bondage mindset. Its more bondage with tickling. It is not tickling for its sake alone.

I completely agree on originality much of it is all the same. I have nothing against the nudity. I have everything against just finding models who look good first and being ticklish is secondary (if they are at all). So as I was saying about bondage all you are going to get are bound models who just play the act. And do I ever loathe the fake 'fuck-face'. That would be fine if it were just part of the selection, but that is the majority of it.

The producers won't respond to these requests. They just want it as simple as possible. Find girl, boring scenario, make money. They feel that we should just be happy and shut up.

Tickling in Italy is good. They actually put some work into their videos. I would like to second LaughterIsBeautiful. I am so in love with Wesley she is so cute. I happen to like Tickle Japan because I have a thing for Japanese women. I think for 'that kind of tickling' they do a good job. So that niche is filled for me.

It boils down to lauding those producers who are good so that they are successful because it is about money. These producers aren't doing this out of the kindness of their hearts.

It is funny, but in my novels I put in a lot of nudity, but in clips I watch I don't like seeing it myself. I agree that scenarios are boring, but in all honesty there's only so much someone can do. I hate story lines in tickling vids because the acting sucks, but to be honest I've seen some storylines that actually got me going knowing what it was going to lead to. I don't know.... The honest truth is if the person being tickled is ticklish I enjoy it. I like seeing someone bound in such a way that they can't move an inch. But if I'm being honest than I would also have to add that I find more enjoyment out of these companies working through 'Clips4Sale' than video producers who are considered the pioneers of tickling.

I think the advent of the tickling forums have helped a great deal. Though, truthfully, I was mildly disappointed with my LIB purchases. The samples left something more to be desired, but at the same time were fairly accurate. I'm not sure, and it's not important.

Honestly, I saw a full clip of one of TicklingParadise's videos recently... and it was absolutely amazing. Happened upon it on dailymotion, though it was marked as a prank of a boyfriend for some reason. Extraordinarily good.

It really is hard for me to describe, though. I don't particularly care for the idea of the films, but most do what is necessary. I'm not sure. I'm kind of satisfied, kind of not.

I think it could be better. But that isn't saying much. Truthfully, I favor my imagination, as it tends to give the videos more quality in conjunction with the sample videos than the finished products.

Truthfully, I don't think I personally am the target audience of any given product, because I'm never quite satisfied =/.

Don't even get me started on Bioshock.

Run an ad in the paper.

Seriously. Don't expect much, but it does work. Mostly in huge metro areas, places with thriving BDSM communities, or places that have a crap-ton of strip joints.

Course, the paper may not dig that sort of ad, so be sure to tell them exactly what type of ad it is before you give them your masterfully written article.

Like I said, just don't expect a new girl every nite. Or month, necessarily. I think I got....2 that were worth something out of about 5 total respondents. And I had to drive to Chicago from Ohio for 2 of them. Only one worked out. I als got one from a fetish party. Were supposed to be 2 more, but again, flakiness happens.

I think that this is pretty much true overall, especially on the "classics".

I think that my point was that the variety of different of videos out there is limited. Look at Tickle Challenge, for example, I would say that he is moderately successful and different. Why is he the only one doing that type of situational stuff. It will be hit or miss not with a selection of videos but with only his releases. It really narrows down what goes into the good category. Now if you like the traditional set-up you have the greatest sample size, but if you occasionally like something different you don't have that selection to choose from.

I tried watching it with my girlfriend, but when she started laughing at it (five minutes into it) we turned it off. It's almost like they were sitting around at some house, got bored and said "hey, I have an idea!." Then they quickly whipped out a camcorder and started filming. I think the ideal movie would include some form of storyline that includes having the victim being overcome with anticipation. Or SOMETHING.

Huh. Are these real places? Is the "Smoking Gazebo" a place to discuss a fetish for smoking, or something more sinister, like a meeting place for pyromaniacs? It must suck to be into cigarette-smoking as a fetish these days, what with so many people quitting and all.
