I agree with a couple people here. The act of peeing by itself, or urine in general I have no interest in. For me, it's:

1. The complete helplessness of the victim - forced to embarrass themselves because they have no control over their own body.. They surrendered total control to their tickler.

2. The "cause & effect". Tickle torture by itself has no final end game (except for those fortunate enough to orgasm, and, arguably, that's not true torture if the ticklee is enjoying it enough to come). Involuntary peeing, is, short of passing out, a conclusion a sadistic tickler can attempt to drive to.

Actually, more and more independent studies(yet well hidden by the professional medical establishment) are coming out that show urine isn't as unsanitary as most in America think. The Romans used to use the naturally occuring ammonia as mouth wash and one of the ingrediants in most face creams today is urea... a product of urine... it's only when it's left there for hours and days that it gets contaminated by micro-organisms in the air and the surface it's on...

Non related to tickling, this subject has interested me as well. As most of us know, when the sympathetic nervous system is stimulated, (the flight or fight response), the urinary tract goes on hold. The paradox is the wetting factor. In a relaxed state, or parasympathetic stimulation, the bladder relaxes, so I'd expect that tickling would put the body under stress, so the bladder muscles would NOT relax.
