There is an addon for this vbulletin program that allows me to install an Arcade of the sort for members to play. The official site is here and if you click the Arcade link you can see what it would look like. Members here can compete for top scores, challenge other members, and various other goodies. Now there isn't a "tickling" game per say but perhaps someone here with some coding talent could create one. 😉
 
Ooooo.....well, if it IS flash-based, there is always that Japanese Card Game flash thingy that allows you to tickle the girls if you win. Something to think about. Looks cool though, and if it is free, what is there to lose (Other than time lost by you installing it)?

Good question, well after checking the bandwidth charts for this month we used about 60-65% of our allotted amount. I believe the flash arcade games are only a few mb in space each. Really no different than a clip posted here.

It's hard to tell because I have no idea how popular it would be. If it started to become a problem I could just disable it until the bandwidth leveled out, or could even disable certain games that were becoming intensive.

Personally I think it's a neat idea, but I'm asking you guys what you think about it. I don't think it would choke the server as the site is on a dual Xeon by itself... 😉
 
Well, let's try... anything with chat-like features built-in?

A life ago, on the BBS I was co-sys of, we used to have a very simple MUD running.
It was funny while it lasted.

Or, we could find something running "local based", and just synching in with the server to update scores. It would require little bandwidth and cpu time.

What you got in your mind, admin? Something tk related or just a generical "breakout clone"? 😉
 
I suppose it could be turned into a flash game for the arcade but it needs to be scorable, and perhaps if someone could translate it so they could play... 😉 😉 😉

To english: the original card game is japanese - but I doubt it would fit the idea TT admin envisioned without some tinkering.
 
and somebody who knows japanese and english fluently. Perhaps you should try to contact the person who made the flash...

I went and played that flash game that HDS posted. I don't have a japanese font installed on my computer, plus I can't even read japanese, but I was able to figure out what was going on... pretty fun game actually, especially if you have insentive to complete it :weird:

Here's a screen shot from one of the tickling rewards. Don't worry, it's not a total spoiler, there are two other girls that you can tickle in the game.

Does anyone want me to post a "walkthrough" for the game?

p.s. I was a lurker for a long time here, I was very hesitant to make my first post, but, well, I'm really good at games :-|

An arcade would be awesome. Heck, after that lets set up a server and have a Tickle Theater lan party on Unreal tournament! LOL

seriously though, it sounds like a great idea.
 
How do you get to tickle the other two chicks? I can only seem to get the one that's shown in the screenshot...

During the game you play against the brown haired and blue haired chick (we'll call them 'brown' and 'blue') your goal is to win the game and have the one you want to tickle have the least points. e.g. if you get your 5th point, Brown has 4 points and Blue has 3, you'll end up tickling Blue.

There is a third girl who has black hair that you get to play as well. I unlocked her by winning against the first two when they had the same score (I had 5, Blue had 4, Brown had 4). But I think you can unlock Black by tickling Blue and Brown individually, I'm not sure.

Anyway, Black is pretty uber, when you play her there are two decks she can draw from. But when you win, you get to tickle her. 😎

Hope I answered your question.

Oh, and one more thing. If you want to re-tickle a girl you've already defeated, hit the lower right button on the title screen.

p.s. I used the most obvious naming convention. If I hear the obvious crack "what can Brown do for YOU", I'm going to scream. :wooha:

I scanned the first several pages of Jay's posts and couldn't find any other reference to the game. On the other hand, I discovered much that I didn't know about female characters from Inuyasha 😛

I'll take your word for it though, and won't try to compete with Jay's walkthrough. He probably actually knows what the characters are saying!
 
We should start by teaming up one of our 'leet Flash programmers with some of our 'leet tickling artists (ness, tomato dragon, etc). Newgrounds does that kind of stuff all the time (getting professional artists together with professional.. er.. 1337 ppl) and usually has some great results.

I'd volunteer my own services except that my Flash skills are not that good (I never made a Flash Game before, only simple effect menus & crap like that) and I'm sure this forum has someone that's better.

Any takers?
 
I'm trying to make an interactive Flash program but it's very slow going...lots of work. Not a game per se, just a little toy.
