Just want to point out that a poster on that image BBS says that unfortunately that scene is not tickling, just massaging. No problem with seeing it in the stills, but if you take time/money to get the episode just for this scene I think you may be disappointed.

You know, from this same anime, Episode 24 I think, there is a scene where Suzu (what you could call one of the main characters who seems to be enamoured by Ikuto, she has the ponytail and wears the blue clothes) gets chased by Ikuto who grabs her by her foot, then takes off her boot and tickles her foot. Its quite a nice little scene, though it really annoyed me how they cut her toes out of the picture.
