Tickling GIF images?

Who here has a updated gif making program, and the "know how" to make them? For example if I emailed you 5 pictures that would make a great "moving" tickling gif image ... could you make it for us?

I do believe that Venray is the King of making those kind of graphics 🙂

Why would someone have to have an "updated" program? They all pretty much work in the same manner with the mindset of keeping filesize low...but these days that really doesn't matter too much anymore. You could also make it in Macromedia Flash.

Thanks for your comments. By "updated" I simply mean a gif creation program that isn't too old. Ya know? For example they are always getting better technology for creating video clips with crisper clearer viewing while still keeping the file size the same.

So I just assumed that a "gif making" program that came out in 2003 would probably be inferior to a new version that came out in 2008. Know what I mean?
