When I've been to a water park or the beach with a girl and I've ended up tickling them, I've noticed that often they are even more ticklish than usual once in the water. There's a link below to a true story of one time I did this.

Has anyone ever incorporated this into a tickle session? Like having the Lee in the bath (or both ler and lee) or in the shower and taking advantage of the apparent increase in ticklishness from warm wet skin?
 
I believe that it is the warmth and not the wetness that promotes increased ticklishness. Warm skin has increased circulation.
 
I think people scream louder because they are actually afraid of getting hurt. Not sure-
 
I haven't noticed that when it comes to water. And if I'm at the beach, she's gettin' buried in the sand anyway 😛
