Joe Lando (actor, Sully in "Doctor Quinn, Medicine Woman") answered a question about being ticklish on his official site. His response isn't great, but he doesn't deny that he is ticklish, so... It's pretty good, keeping in mind Sully has always been a tickle fantasy!

Anderson Cooper

Anderson Cooper (American journalist, author, and television personality) got asked if and where he is ticklish and was tickled by comedian Kathy Griffin during the broadcat of CNN''s New Year show. It starts with Anderson giggling like mad while Kathy is trying to pull up his karding's zipper up and then she proceeds to tickle him, although he composes himself and says he's wearing too many layers of clothes to feel even a punch. He doesn't deny being ticklish hough and seems to have really ticklish belly:

Update: In 'Lost Girl' season 3's last episode, episode 13, Kris Holden Ried's character Dyson is barefoot and strapped to a table.
