Grant Gustin (actor, The Flash) is ticklish! It was sheepishly reported by his co-star in The Flash, Candice Patton, who mentioned tickling him on the first day she met him:

In the Outlander novels, Sam Heughan's character Jaime Fraser is very ticklish pretty much everywhere and gets tickled on numerous occasions to great results. Jaime's been tickled in the armpits, on his feet, and on his upper body so if the show stays faithful to those scenes, we may get to watch Sam get tickled on a few occasions!

On the first one Giulio's dad is tickling his ribs (Giulio posted this on Twitter), and the second one is a paparazzi image from an article, where Giulio and girlfriend are play fighting and she wins by tickling his stomach!

There's a lot of mention of tickling, or someone being ticklish here or there, in later books, but as for Jamie being ticklish and getting tickled, there's a scene in "Drums of Autumn", where it's said he is particularly sensitive under his arms, and then he also gets tickled in "The Fiery Cross", if I remember correctly, and has his feet tickled in "A Breath of Snow And Ashes". I remember seeing an old chat transcript floating around the Internet in 2005, where Nek was asked if he's ticklish (soffri il solletico) by a fan and (I think) his answer was that he's super ticklish and hates it, but I don't have it saved, sorry!
