I'd say both Damon Albarn & Jamie Hewlett are extremely ticklish!

Jamie also appears to be tickled by someone in a clip shown in the gorillaz documentary bananaz

Lastly, I am attaching a photo from an Instagram video Hozier posted a while back, where he was under the covers with a bandmate who appeared to be tickling him, or attempting to tickle him at least, since they kept moving under the covers and Hozier couldn't stop laughing while trying to say something. On night-shift in the hospital and watching "Are you smarter than a ten year old?". One of the questions was how many floating ribs does the human body have? The contestant then approaches Dominic and starts counting his ribs to which he begins giggling and pulling away. Robert James-Collier (actor, Thomas Barrow in Downton Abbey) is very ticklish! He gets briefly tickled on the ribs by pal and co-star Allen Leech, and has a great reaction to it. The video also makes it look like Leech defiitely knew Rob's ticklish and had tickled him ebfore:
