Did you change the codec?

hi. it was encoded in the very latest encoding software from Real Media. the free real one player at www.real.com will play it just fine. but you will need real one player as anything older won't play it. hope i've helped.

TIB, I agree and have heard from your Customer Service department about the fact you state (CCBill's own desicion on cards).
However, from businessman to businessman...don't you think that means you're not getting all the money you could be getting?
And don't come with the "money order" thing because I'm talking about ONLINE transactions. What's the point of having a web site amd having to do paper transactions?
Besides, this is a hassle for customers. I would have to wait a week or two for you to receive a money order whilst online you get it immediately.
