Yes, it's a tickling video, and part of that is taken up by the use of the vibrator. Since the name of the DVD relates to the vibrator, this would imply it isn't just a minor co-incidence that it's there.

As for not giving me another thought, like Redmage kindly pointed out, that's not a very sound business practice, is it now?

The amount of "emphisis on tickling" wouldn't be reduced any by showing what's happening. The fact that it's happening at all has already done that.

Would seeing it happen make it more like a porn vid and less like a tickling vid?

Would you buy a tickling vid which had tickling scenes where you couldn't see the tickling going on? So why shouldn't people want to see the masturbation that's happening.

Also, people could accuse it of being faked.
