Time to say goodbye to my dog

Thanks for all the support everyone, it really makes me feel good.

Blossom passed away very peacefully Friday morning. The doctor came to the house and put her to sleep sitting on my lap while I fed her her favorite treats. She never even knew anything was wrong.

And in the 24 hours leading up to that, I became convinced that I was doing the right thing at the right time. I don't think I did it a day too soon, or a day too late.

She left a huge hole in my life, but I feel good about having done the right thing for her.

My sympathies Jeff. It's never easy losing a pet, because in time they become so much more then just a pet. By sheer chance I stumbled upon this pic the other day, and I think it fits.
