i know how long it takes to work on a flash game especially since hes using either gamemaker or gamesalad and it doesn't take that long to update a game using those programs. also i was saying to post it because well piracy in this case is justifiable he scam you guys and you need to show what the community what you got just in case this guy tries something like this again

Again he didn't scam us because we GOT the game. Just because there aren't any updates doesn't mean a thing. I personally feel this game is worth it's price even if he doesn't come back and if you think otherwise then please, take the time to draw up and make a flash game to sell on the forums or post it for free.

The updates were a PERK to buying the game, maybe only three people bought the game and he lost interest because not enough people showed interest. I understand that people were hesitant, and the game maker wasn't a known person, and it was a risk, but I bought it and played it and enjoy it from time to time. It has a nice few little scenes too it, and is generally fun.

Also think about this what IF he comes back with a huge amount of content but sees his game he spent time making was posted for free? If I was him I wouldn't even mention that I made updates or release them. It's the same kind of thing that's hurting tickling video producers and why we've seen many good producers come and go, or some lose that quality or luster, or just drop off the face of the planet all together.

Also sir I do believe even suggesting to post content that was meant to be purchased goes against forum rules, even if the game isn't purchasable anymore. I would suggest you don't request such a thing. There are a lot of people on here that put a lot of time and effort into things they sell, only to have people like you they see saying people should just post their work for free.


Maybe someone else will post it, maybe, but I certainly won't and I highly suggest no one else does either in case this person does happen to come back.

Also you comment makes no sense in the fact, because by your logic we should just post the clips from old producers not selling their content anymore, or that have vanished DUE TO PIRACY.

This not old just hurts other producers by people just thinking it's okay to post paid for content, but it also makes FUTURE producers/creators think it's not even worth it to make premium content because it'll just be posted for free.

I could see if you spent money on it that you may have SOME slight justification, but no sir, you didn't even purchase it when you could. It just bugs me because people like him are the reason we've seen so many good creators drop off forever, or why some won't even start up. Whatever, I know I'm not posting it, and I'm happy with the game I purchased, therefor I'm not losing out or being scammed.

I'll sum this up, and I apologize for butting in, I agree with Keeganbarton, a scam is when you are promised something for money and do not receive what you are promised. The publisher did say that there would be updates but there were never any. I understand what you guys are saying. That it's a scam because he never had any updates. Well updates are just a bonus, just like when you buy a game from a store. You purchase the game and you get the game, and the game has updates. If a game doesn't have any updates does that mean you were scammed? No, because you still received what you paid for.

And to clarify, He didn't specifically promise he was making updates, it was implied as is anything, such as the other games in this forum (Albeit free.) Updates are implied, but things happen, life gets in the way. What if he's going through some fucked up situation right now, or did, and comes back to his game posted, then how would he feel?

Think before jumping to bold conclusions. He NEVER gave a timeline for updates, he just stated that people who BOUGHT the game would get updates FREE. Again he never said WHEN.

But yes, done arguing with it. Piracy is wrong. I don't care how you try to cut it anymore. You're wrong, end of story.

Yes, sure bud, Pretty much the idea is you're this girl escaping from an asylum, you walk around and go girl to girl within the walls and tickle them for information how to get out. You don't specifically like look around for keys or anything and it's straight forward as I assumebecause it was just starting out. You tickle there until a meter fills and it unlocks the nexk girl to tickle until you get to the "head" girl and tickle her. The animation is alright, the dialog is alright, and there is also a "T-mode" option where you can just straight pick out of the four or five girls in game at the moment and tickle them. Again, for the price it was alright as there isn't specifically content like this out,not a whole lot anyway.

Lets think about this for a minute. You pirate this guys game, he comes back and sees this comment thread and gets a little depressed. So, he goes to get some of his favorite booze from the back of his cupboard, where he hides it so that no one else will drink his good stuff, just to find that its empty. He had forgotten to get more after the last time he took a swig. So, he goes out to his favorite liquor store to buy some more. He gets there and finds that there is only one more bottle. "What luck!", says he. He then proceeds to check out, head home, and get smashed. Then, another fellow walks in incredibly depressed and looking to be consoled by some of his favorite alcohol, the same kind. He gets to the store just to realize that they were out. In his distress, he goes to a bridge and looks out over the water. Deep in thought about his pitiful life, he turns to see a little boy on the same bridge. The boy trips skinning his knees and the man goes up to the boy and helps him up. The man smiles and asks the young boy where his parents were. The boy tells him that he had no parents, but his aunty was waiting just on the other side of the bridge for him. So the man says to the little boy, "lets get you on over to her then.". After saying this, he gives the boy a pat on the head and takes his hand. Just then however, there is a shrill shriek and the man turns to see a woman running towards him yelling, "YOU STAY AWAY FROM HIM YOU PERVERT". The woman shoves him to the ground and grabs the young boy's hand. The man tries to explain that he was just helping bring the boy over to her, but she would have none of it. The woman yells several more obscenities at the now disheveled man before running off chastising her nephew for talking to strangers. The forlorn man gets up off the ground and says quietly to himself, "Boy, I could have really used that drink...". He goes back to looking over the bridge as the sun starts to set. Frustrated by his dead-end job, saddened having found his wife cheating on him earlier that night, and depressed with how he was demonized by the woman despite his good intentions he climbed up onto the handrail. He looked up into the sky, "Maybe on the other side, I can finally find happiness..." The man slowly steps forward and begins his plummet to the cold water below that waits to claim him in its icy embrace. If only Darkron6 hadn't pirated that game...



But seriously, don't pirate it. That's not cool. It would be different if it were made by a big corporation like EA or something.

I feel like i am wasting my breath saying something. But it is pretty clear cut and dry. Every person who has bought this game and spoken up here about it liked it for the price. It was apparently worth the money. Did he promise add ons later?
It seems so but things fell through. If the ones who bought the product are satisfied.
Then so be it. If they have a problem then that is their right if they want to make some complaint.
Anyone who did not buy the game does not have a leg to stand on in regards to if they feel it was a rip off or not.
The buyers have spoken and they seem to be happy. It is a shame that he did not continue but that is life sometimes. We have to consider what is right for the consumer and for the producer and what is right is for the game to remain in limbo save for the select few who bought it till the time comes if and/or when he resurfaces to continue it.
