Seems like every time i lose 5 lbs i gain it back. Le sigh. I fell off the yoga wagon but on the plus side I quit smoking cigarettes 2 weeks ago today XD.
Congratulations! How's that been going?

That's awesome Chicago!!! You won't believe this but I quit YESTERDAY!! I had Dental surgery and couldn't smoke for 24 hours. So I figured it was a prime time to quit. LONG overdue for me. My first night on the nicotine patches wasn't so great combined with all the medication I'm on. . Nightmare city. But talk about lucid dreaming overall. I hope I have fun, sexy tickle dreams out of this over the next few weeks. 🙂
I too gained some weight back. Theres been so much going on since the holidays including a tramatic Presidency. But as soon as I'm healing I'm so ready to hit it again. I just bought a few sexy dresses a few weeks ago amd I'm so I'm dying to wear them. 🙂

I hope your surgery went ok Doll! Often in my life, something or other has happened that helped me get going on breaking bad habits. A head start if you will. I hope you're able to stick it out! 🙂
I've heard that nicotine patches give crazy lucid dreams. It kinda makes me want to try them lol. But since tobacco is a vice that I've fortunately never struggled with, I don't want to risk it.
So far so good. Its been pretty rough healing wise so because of that quitting has been going quite well. But today I finally feel pretty good. 🙂
The lucid dreams... 2 Nights of nightmares. Now last night was pretty cool. I was running a business of making Heavy Metal jean jackets. 🙂 And then I was at this awesome porn warehouse where I found a book with tickling. 🙂 Finally it makes an appearance! yay!! 🙂. Honestly I wish I could do nicotine patches just for the dreaming every once in awhile. Everything becomes quite real. Yeah the nightmares suck but the good ones make everything worth it. But no, no one should pick these up if you're not already a smoker. I don't think it would be very nice to one's heart.
For me, not eating sweets isn't really a big deal. The less I eat of sugary things, the less I crave them. (You might crave the sugary stuff more than I do because of your sweet disposition 😉) But I have been eating fruit (which is something I haven't done in any appreciable amount in years). Mostly apples, bananas and grapefruit. I actually made yogurt last night and it was kind of fun. But I agree with what you're saying, one can't be good diet wise all the time. Once I hit my target weight, I'll be a lot more willing to have "bad" eating days.
I have to say sensual, you're looking pretty good.
WOW!!! You look WONDERFUL!!!!!
You have everything under control. I love it!!! GREAT JOB!!!!
I've changed my meal plan again; birdseye steamed vegetables, a basic protein (chicken, beef, whatever). Brown in a pressure cooker, add vegetables, done. So far so good.
Sensual, you're SUCH a tease, you know?!!! Personally, I don't know why you want to lose more weight, but if you have health complications or are self-conscious or other stuff or whatever, you do you, okay? (And I have to say, sucking in or not... WOWZAH!)
Doll, I have a slew of health problems, and due to sleeping complication crap, I don't end up eating a lot aside from cereal (though I'm still about 140lbs. Ultimate goal: 130-135lbs. 125lbs was the weight o was in the hospital, so no 2 showing on the scale). Just started eating literal handfuls of vitamins a new doctor recommended (the rare light in an abyss) and they seem to be helping. Weather's getting warmer, so if my head can survive the rising temperature changes, I always do better then.
Now getting to the point, what meal replacement drinks would you recommend are best? I live in Canada (and have become a life-long student, so relating money issues) so can't get American, if they aren't in Canada, too. 'Just' started taking the drinks as I was waking up feeling physically nauseous and right know why until my mother mentioned my "cereal-only" diet as a likely culprit. I've NEVER been able to get enough protein (and with my stomach being super finnicky now, I'm not sure what's better than meat, as that or dairy can be "too hard" for my stomach to handle), so tend to focus on that for supplements/drinks.
What are the best things to focus on, if someone doesn't get a lot of calories, but is relatively easy to digest? Is protein the best? Carbs? Vitamin B (B12)?
I'm currently taking: 5000 UI vitamin D, 3000UI(? mg?) omega-3 fish oil capsules, vitamin B complex, Iron capsule (whatever's recommended on the bottle), DHEA capsule, and selenium through Brazil nuts so far - the doctor's adding more every time I go to see him - so think I'm good on at least those vitamins, if they have any effect on fatigue/energy.
Thanks for your help in advance!
All the best, everyone! You're doing AWESOME! 😀
P.S. I am being bad and having a can of Coke almost daily, but I rationalize it away with needing more calories and the caffeine from it seems to help my frequent headaches as the main reason (if I could get 12 capsules of caffeine for three Canadian dollars, I'd switch; last time I used my brain, pills don't seem to be that cheap though, so sugar and related crap wins out). When I was being super healthy, I could only stand a sip or two as it was SO SWEET! But winter's been a doozy for me, and back on the unhealthy headache-aid (yes, it DOES help or at least not make it worse, and no, I don't think I'm addicted to them so they're giving me rebound/withdrawal headaches from consuming the sugar).
When I'm feeling better I'll likely stop drinking them, but I usually drink at LEAST two litres of water a day (more if I'm active and exercising), period.
Is that just your dinner or the only thing your eating for the day? It sounds great for dinner!
Sometimes I think about trying brown rice again. But it's going to take some spices to liven it up for me. At least some garlic, onion, s&p. Maybe I'll grab some this weekend and play around with it.
if I do it for dinner it generally makes lunch the next day too. I wasn't sure if I'd like it but it's one way to get somewhat regulated
