- Yeah, getting my life in order.

I got a lot of money and free time for the holidays. That's about it.

Currently, a party somewhere with Tickle emperor, Lamashtu, Ticklish 9's and Micromite. I may also hang with the girl from the BDSM store or just stay in. 🙂

Promotion at the game company. Publishing a book with MTJ.

1.) What was your favorite gift from this Christmas? The HDTV I received...I was quite surprised to get it, and while it is unnecessary in the grand scheme of things, I sure do love it.

2.) Least favorite? I can't really think of one. I might have a Melville story collection filled with duplicates of stories I already have, but that just means more books to mark up with a pen.

3.) How do you plan on ringing in the New Year? Not sure...too cold to go exploring, too little money to drink, know too few people locally to party. I will probably spend it shaving.

4.) What is one of your favorite memories of '09? Graduating from college, mostly because such a feat was an expectation from the day I was born and I gladly accept it.

5.) Least favorite? There are a few mood shifts I can't explain for the life of me, and it is only now, after a few weeks of realizing I probably alienated a shit ton of people both here and other places that I actually do like quite fondly, that I'm a fucking ignorant ass. Hopefully, I can get another chance with said folks. If not? Good times were had for the most part.

6.) Have you learned anything from this year? What? I learned plenty, some of which is quite illuminating as it concerns desires and the course of my life. I thought I knew where I wanted to live, I thought I knew what I wanted to do with my life, I thought I knew what it took to get there. Right now? I know none of these things, and while my given situation is not exactly ideal, I could be in much worse circumstances with a lot worse luck.

7.) Do you plan on accomplishing something new in 2010? If so, what is it? I think they call multifaceted itinerary something like Action Plans. Maybe I am wrong. Boosting self esteem, health, and all that seems reasonable, though wholesale change is not something I believe can be solved in a year (such change is lifestyle altering, honestly). However, beside that, I do plan on attending a munch or gathering of some sort. Told AnnieHall I'd be in Chicago and then my car got totaled in a hail storm, and told Purrbast I'd try to make Motown but I couldn't make it work because of finances. I would like to go to the annual Motown event this year though.

8.) What is your favorite Board game? Sorry always seemed solid.

9.) Favorite alcoholic drink? Um...I love dark lagers currently.

A bit late, but I didn't have much downtime til now.

1.) What was your favorite gift from this Christmas?
Tickets to see Smackdown/ECW at US Bank Arena on the 26th! 😀

2.) Least favorite?
I didn't get a single, bad gift.

3.) How do you plan on ringing in the New Year?
A bit late for this one, but we didn't have any plans, and we executed them perfectly. We chilled on the couch with Netflix, and then watched Zombie Dick Clark struggle to count down the new year (Poor Dick Clark! They really should stop animating his corpse and let him rest. 🙁 ).

4.) What is one of your favorite memories of '09?
Closing on our newly-built house when we thought we wouldn't be able to.

5.) Least favorite?
It's a toss-up between all the financial stress of North Carolina trying to ass-rape me with state taxes one last time, and my week in Charleston, West Virginia, stuck in the armored car Twilight Zone.

6.) Have you learned anything from this year? What?
I've learned (more of a reinforcing lesson that I already knew.) that I can adapt to anything.

7.) Do you plan on accomplishing something new in 2010? If so, what is it?
Hmm... over two years out of active duty, I haven't exercised much since. I'm not out of shape, but I seem more prone to sickness and more muscles start to hurt and cramp for no reason, probably due to lack of use. My job is somewhat physically demanding, but I'd really like to get out and run again. Now I've even got an iPod to listen to music while I do it, too! I wanna get one of those three-wheeled jogging strollers so that I can take my son with me.

Dungeons & Dragons! 😀 Oh, well yeah, I guess that's not technically a board game... fine! Monopoly.
