1. How'd you choose your TMF screenname?
This is actually my second tmf sn. I started to hate my first one, so I wanted a change. I chose this one at the time because I had just finished an excellent book called The Subtle Knife and it was floating around in my head.
2.What were your first impressions of TMF and how have they changed since then?
I remember thinking that the TMF was more of a storehouse for media than the hub of a community at the beginning. It took me a while to become a regular poster, but I have gotten a lot more out of it since then.
3.Who was the first person you started talking to on TMF?
I can't remember because I had been talking to people on AOL and such before the TMF began. I want to say it was Josie, but really not sure.
4. You've won a million dollars, but you have to give half to a charity organization. Which charity do you choose?
I'll go with Sasaxrah on this one--at the moment, Haiti
5.What would you do with the rest of the $500,000?
Buy a house, travel, go to grad school.
6. When, if ever, do you think it is okay to tell a lie?
Everyone lies sometimes--it's most ok when you are doing it to try to spare someone's feelings. I try to lie as little as possible. This sometimes gets me into trouble lol.
7. Excluding romantic love, when was the last time you told someone you loved them?
Yesterday 🙂
8. What would be harder for you, to tell someone you love them or that you do not love them back?
It's much harder to tell someone you don't love them back. That is a bitter pill to swallow and it sucks being the one to deliver it.
9. What do you consider to the most valuable thing you own: when you were a child? a teenager? and now?
Child: a certain picture
teenager: my guitar
now: still the guitar--i must be immature 😛
10. If you could have been told one thing that you weren't told when you were a teenager, what would you like to have heard?
I think this would only work if it was my future self going back in time to my past self, but I would tell myself to exercise more, never start smoking, and try a little harder in school 🙂
