Tokyo Horse Racing Commercial puppet/F

I know this might sound crazy, but does anyone remember a video from a few years back of a commercial for horse racing in Tokyo (Tokyo City Keiba I believe was the name). It was at a foot spa and a horse puppet was talking to a woman before proceeding to "massage" the woman's feet which tickled her like crazy. I recall seeing it float around a couple of years ago, but I haven't seen it since. Does anyone remember this? (Or better yet, have this to share?) I always thought it was hilarious!
