Totally gutted

Hi, im just writing to talk about how upset i am at the moment. I went to a party on saturday night in a friends house. A girl i know quite well was there. We both got very drunk. I waited untill the time was right before i began to tickle her. I started by tickling her armpits but i got nothing. I then tried her waist and i then began to squeeze her kneecaps but she didnt even give me a smile. I made one final atempt and tickled her feet, but i still got nothing. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I just wanted to post this because im just so depressed about this!

I agree with "theshire" it does suck tryin to tickle a person whos not ticklish, but life goes on and somone else will pop up.

i bet the answer is she is ticklish but was frozen out of it by being drunk as a skunk.
dont write her off until you've tried again when she's sober. been there myself, believe me alcohol does make a real difference. j.j.

Most already know this, but I've had this happen. My main ex gf, Jenny, wasn't ticklish at all. No matter what I tried, sober, semi-sober, or not, nothing. The only times I remotely saw my ex girlfriend have any kind of tickle reaction was one time her brother came behind her and tickled her foot, and she kind of giggled and moved it, and then another time, a cousin came up behind her, and attacked her sides and ribs, and she kind of let out a loud laugh. Besides that, nothing. It is especially depressing when it's a person you are attracted to, and want to be ticklish, or a new girlfriend you dont know about, and she has no reaction.
I feel your pain, my friend, having been through it for almost 3 years with a girlfriend who wasn't ticklish. I'm truly sorry.

I tickled a girl from Liverpool whilst she was on my bed at uni in first year halls. She said "Hes tickling me" as I dug into her armpits and then she left

Then i tickled her again at her house at a party in my second year. I tickled her ribs and she laughed and said "I'm ticklish" with a great playful smile.

Some guy even seemed pretty jealous about it? Maybe a secret tickler?!

Sounds like to me..that you ex is "controllably ticklish" as opposed to "uncontrollably ticklish". If she knows its coming she is able to fight it so maybe you should of used a blindfold on her 🙂
