Actually, I managed to find a somewhat updated version of this quite a while back, but didn't say anything what with the lurking and all. I think I might have had to play with an image file or something to get it to work, I forget, but it had up to the mayor and that, but had a handful of quests with it. I believe 2-3 quests from the guild that were mostly errand-running, and 2 combat quests that were "interesting". I can dig around and try to find it, if anyone was interested.
