Troubles uploading a video

[MWFC]

Hi there, I am trying to upload some of my tickling content and for some reason it won't upload it in the "manage attachments"

I can upload photos just fine, the video I am trying to upload is a mp4 file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
