I was thinking more like the full experiment filmed. A scene lasting 10 seconds in a video clip surely came from a much longer production.

By the way, this is an exceptional find, great job retrieving it.

Yeah, they will have had to run the experiment in its entirety with some integrity, even if they added elements to make it visually appealing for TV ( like the blue feather and inquisition chair.) I think they could even be reported to a broadcasting standards agency if they cheated.

Somewhere, in Soho London, is a hard drive with footage of three innocent people being tickled beyond their limits for science. Imagine, a 30 second montage could well be an hour's worth of actual footage shot. The Redhead might have been in that chair for ten/fifteen minutes!
