This may take some imagination.

Your on a 1st date the whole evening as gone great. Your sitting in a nice restaurant good conversation is flowing back and forth.
When your date starts telling about you about his foot fetish. Now, the two of you are sitting somewhat away for the other patrons
in the restaurant and the long white table cloth hangs to the floor. He asks to give you a foot massage right there. You raise you foot
to his lap and he removes your shoe and begins the massage. The massage soon turns into tickling the bottom of your bare or nylon foot.
As his fingers run up and down the bottom of your ticklish foot and you trying to keep your composer all while he keep up a conversation.

I agree. And I have had the pleasure of such under the table foot action several times with more than one woman but never on a first date.

I've done this a few times. A few years ago with dommes I went out to eat with and on a few dates. With the dommes it was to talk kink with and they set their foot up for me to try it out. As for past dates,while never on the first one, she always put her nylon feet up to tease me, so I always tickled her to return the favor.

Done it myself a few times, and it was a blast. But I witnessed a young couple( early 20's) I heard a females giggling and stating that really tickles while trying to cover her mouth with her hand. I did this with my current girlfriend on our first date. We were texting and I told her I would take off her shoe during our first date and tickle her foot in public.
