Nice work on the User Control Panel

Before, it required a three week course with classroom instruction, homework, and supervised laboratory practice.

Now I can understand it in less than five minutes

The single thing that leaves me confused is this matter of enabling the download of the V-Card thing.

What is that ? I'm not savvy with the concept. What are the advantages and disadvantages involved with the thing ? Clue ? Clue ? Love to have a clue.

Keep in mind that we did not do any of this work, the TMF is running on out-of-the-box bulletin board software from vbulletin.
