I see. You're the smart folks really. xD Just like during Christmas; Jesus was born on Christmas Day, but us stupid Swede's celebrate his birth on Christmas Eve. :
X'P Maybe that's because very few Swede's are religious, I don't know. Still I don't complain because we get to celebrate those days before pretty much the rest of the world. 😉In Sweden, our Easter food is pretty much the same as the Christmas food and Midsummer's Day food. xD Only it's less food than Christmas. So during Easter most people have eggs (lots of them and there's also a tradition to paint their shells with nice colors before we eat them), herring, salmon, potaoes, etc.
And most people have some kind of main dish too, but that varies from family to family. 🙂
