Last week I was at sort of a work conference-type of event. We are all like family, and I knew a lot of people there, so there's a lot of closeness and playfulness.
I'm mainly a ler, but I enjoy when people tickle me...and I must have been giving off some serious "tickle me" vibes. Over the span of a day and a half, this series of small but delightful tickles occurred:
1) I was sitting on the floor with socks on, and stretched my leg out for a moment. The woman in front of me, actually a former supervisor of mine, gave the top of my foot a very soft, short tickle.
2) A woman I know, who is a bit older than me, walked past me in the hallway - I was stopped for a second - and randomly tickled my stomach with her pointer finger, wiggling it up and down for about 2 seconds. My stomach is incredibly ticklish and this tickled a lot....
3) A woman my age (around 30) came up behind me very gently tickled my sides - it was really light, so didn't tickle too much, but I was in a pretty vulnerable spot there for a second.
4) The same woman playfully grabbed the front of my shirt a little while later which tickled my tummy a lot.
5) My good friend - who I've written about here and suspect is into tickling - gave the area above my knee a squeeze. It wasn't too bad, but then a while later, she did the finger-nails-on-the-knee thing repeatedly as I tried to hold still - that tickled a lot. She also gave me a poke to the side.
Something in the air, I suppose....
