I don't know if anyone has mentioned this already, but there's a scene in the movie Fahrenheit 9/11 where a US soldier tickles the foot of a detainee lying on the ground. The detainee is in some kind of large sack or something (can't remember) so that you couldn't see any kind of reaction. Question to the OP: if you have seen that movie already, how many times have you watched that scene?

There is always information to extract regardless of how minor or major even if it is a mere location or training facility or other members of their terrorist group that are unknown.

you could tickle them.....or you could hang them by their shoulders on rusty meathooks and slowly skin them alive,if they tell you all they know then you can be nice i guess and grant them a quick death of a bullet in the head,if not then the die slowly and painfully(ive seen firsthand what terrorist groups are capable of and this tactic is nothing compared to some of the things they have done to innocent people here in iraq)

What if they are NOT a member of a terrorist group?? Believe it or not, some people who get captured are INNOCENT! That's one of the reasons why torture is so damn ineffective!

I just watched the movie. There is a tickling scene. It shows a detainee in a bag or something, and a soldier says to another soldier "is he ticklish", and he lightly tickles his foot. The soldier then wipes his hand on another soldier's jacket.
 
I've never had an actual ''session'' but A.I do not believe they will talk with tickling and B.What if he or she is not ticklish
