Exercise and drink water, at least.
Due to many civilizations' advancements we've continually extended lifespans
(until now, this is apparently the first generation that may not further extend due to the toxic chemical excesses in our food, water, environment, so try to go green & organic as much as you can....)
So yes, 65 is young. So is 75 or 80, today.... as it was said, if you stay active....
And sleep well, eat well, drink enough water.
I've met 90 year olds who seem 65, and 65 year olds who seem 90.
"A body in motion stays in motion," and water is the Fountain of Youth.
All those sodas especially but also the fake sugary drinks (including many "vitamin" or "fruit juices") will erode your teeth, skin, hair, bones overall and cause all sorts of diseases....
As will meat & dairy, I'm finding...
