I'm loving the quality of your descriptions here. While it seems a lot of people like to emphasize laughter, for me the automatic, uncontrollable jolts, jerks and spasms are far more fun. In other words, if I had a choice between a lee that laughs and doesn't jerk, versus a lee who jerks and doesn't laugh, I'm picking the latter every time by a mile. It's actually a distinction I've never thought about until now.

One thing that makes the jerks even better? When they're truly trying to not react -- whether because of the situation, or because it's an openly stated game -- and yet you make them spasm and jerk anyway, because you're in control, and they literally can't stop you.

I have experienced the jolts only once, being tickled by Mistress Kassandra back in 2006 while tied down securely and totally immobile.
I have often wished to experience it again.

My favourites are:
1. The wide eyed followed by the clenched eyes response. Like the Lee cannot believe what is happening.

I love that probably 1 second, from the tickling (especially on the feet) starting, watching the involuntary response a lot of people have, of going from a completely calm face to their mouth/lips going into a smile, sometimes the teeth clench, then they start giggling, all within 1 second. I like seeing the tickling take control of them.

I believe that causing that STATE OF NEEDING a Ler's body/mind/voice to respond to the hyperstimulation of tickling, and then PREVENTING IT orTAKING IT AWAY, just builds up their " internal tickling pressure" (as I like to call it ) and leads to massively intense (and of course, fun ) reactions by the LEE! AND the intense reactions may not always be physical as in simply trying to escape the tickling by twisting or pulling ...it will be the reflexive bucking of a head or whole body as mentioned by others...or the silent PLEADING looks in the eyes of the LEE when eyes and facial expressions may be all they have 'left to give" or are "able to give"!

Proper (near total) immobilization will create this exquisite situation , as well as safely holding a hand over the mouth of a LEE who is trying to tell you verbally their plight and ticklishness...That is why it seems you nearly always hear a rise in volume when you cover the LEE's mouth...They know they may only have their voice to communicate the internal degree of ticklishness...and AS its being taken away...They will almost ALWAYS try to get that last bit of vocalization out, and increase the intensity of their efforts ....when covered and unable to do any vocal signals...Thats when the eyes and facial expressions have to be used....

Yes the jolts. When you hit a sweet spot and there is a mixture of shock and helpless ticklish jump. Especially when the jump is accompanied by an audible expression of surprise. Lol
