These are some I use in rotation. The first is the Stockhorn in Switzerland, the second is mad King Ludwig's Neuchswanstein Castle outside Munich. The third is the lush Miss Mansfield, of course. Then Raphael's School of Athens, depicting all the great Greek philosophers together (Plato and Aristotle in the center). The last is J. W. Waterhouse's "The Tempest."

I just switched to your first pic there, Iggy...and the fourth I'm going to put on my hubby's background. He NEVER changed his background so I have to for him. I fear he'll die of being overly boring one day if he uses the default XP background too much. 😛

I'm glad you liked them, dear. I have to swap mine out at least once a month, although I went for a couple of years with a default pattern before I finally figured out that you could change it. (Yes, I'm that retarded when it comes to computers.) I finally sympathize with Oscar Wilde on his deathbed, whose last words were reportedly, "Either that wallpaper goes, or I do."
