I talk about of people that only complain, lurkers and others so, but again, this kind of people exists over all instance on internet and out of it.

Again, you are generalizing. This problem is specific to Tickle Theater. Passing it off because it happens everywhere isn't an answer or a solution. You've obviously settled for less already and we're just getting started, thats disappointing.

Look generalization is everywhere, THAT is a fact, but you needn't bring elsewhere in to this. This is an issue we are dealing with. It isn't a problem for you because you've settled for how things are, that is apparent. No one could post and you'd find that ok, wouldn't you?

Either that is completely selfish, or its narrow-minded and not taking the big picture into consideration.

By your logic, I could start up my own site, and it would do just as well in no time as the TMF and TT are doing. We know thats not true, for the reasons I've given.

Again maybe you're a wizard and i'm a narrow-mind or maybe not. This site is the same site than i did meet, more members, ok, but same kind of matters, 3-10 % posters and rest, lurkers, complainers and anothers so. I haven't seen any change yet. So, i don't see a trouble here. Maybe for your all broad-mind there are a huge trouble, but not to me.

I understand what you are saying. Basically you acknowledge the problem, but don't care to do anything about it. Yup, that would be consistant with what's been happening thus far.

Let me ask you something. Do you consider yourself part of the solution or part of the problem? Be honest with me now.

I'm only a simple member, that share his stuff, i'm not a lurker or complainer, so i don't create this trouble, but i'm not a solution, nor you, nor anyboby. Only each member, when him/her reach enough matureness for to understand, than to be a lurker don't help to anyone, then will be an useful member (active). But that is a thing for each one. I'm only a simple member who shares his art. I do so of my own accord. It doesn't take anyone to push or prod me for my envolvement. Now, I'm not expecting others to be as generous as myself or the others that contribute, but certainly there is something to be heeded in all of this.

How apparent that is to people that simply don't give a damn is unknown. Clearly then, it takes the likes of you and I to make a difference. We can't rely on an unfortold amount of people to just jump on the wagon. Leading by example is leading by example, and I'm game if you and the rest of the legitimate are. People will follow suit if there are leaders here willing to jump-start things. We're in a stalemate now, trapped in a vortex or black hole, a void, and we have to defy dimension, and break the cycle. It so easy to just sit back, relax....relax.....relax....and then end up doing nothing here, isn't it? I'm glad this isn't the case with me.

And please, answer my question.

I answered you, each one chose his/her way, each one. Nobody can to force to any other member to change, is his/her decision. you put your contribution, i put mine and others too. But nobody can to change mind of lurkers, complainers and so, only him/herself can do it.

Thats still not answering my question directly, but nevermind. I already know enough on where you stand on this, I suppose.

If people make a change lurkers will take notice. Thats where it begins. Its not as if we're tricking them to be active, it would be a real, legitimate cross-over from lurker to member.

Thats all I, suppose. More perspective would be nice though. Though, there are only so many ways to see this. I'm just tired of people glamourizing this place when its not all that hot to begin with. And when someone brings up a topic like this thread, its unsettlings to most, I would imagine, as it forces people to look at the situation.

I dropped out of TMF when I discovered TT 😀 What I didn't like about TMF was that too many discussions quickly turned to political bashing and hate-spewing. Although I know the staff there has taken measures to clean things up a bit, I've gotten so used to hanging out with the regulars here that I don't usually bother to visit other tickle boards anymore.

I like the <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=people&v=55">people</a> here, even though we have little in common on a "tickle" level (I'm a rare tickle-domme, for one thing, lol). I enjoy the easygoing nature of the General Discussions area, and <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=love&v=55">love</a> to post about humour, <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=computers&v=55">computers</a>, <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=sports&v=55">sports</a>, whatever 🙂

Each one has his/her own idea, i like this site, you don't, is your taste. I know that nobody won't change lurkers/complainers mind, themself will do, when they understand that. Nobody here is god, until where i know.

Personally, I wouldn't change a thing. I wouldnt like TT any better than I do now if it became the "biggest" and the "best". I dont feel a need to duplicate the TMF. The TMF is what it is and it serves it's purpose. It fills the need for that type of forum. TT is a place for the rest of us who don't need all of that.
It's great to have options...The TMF for the TMFers and TT for those who want the sort of community we have here. Works for me.

There needs to be more general topics. I don't know what else you expect me to say. It needs to start there. I feel its not enough. Threads like this don't happen for no reason. Again, communication is key, and having a balance of media and discussion is important for the overall stability of a site.

If you are all satisfied with having thousands of lurkers and only a small handfull of participants, the same people, good for you I guess. I'm used to thinking big, not small. I look forward to betterness, not complacency..

Satisfied or not, that is the reality and nobody can to change that, this site yet have same posters 3-10 %. But, i'm into good ones, those who share his/her stuff, those than not, i can't do nothing for him/hers, only him/herself can do it. If you have a way for to change them, then go ahead !.

Again hopefully for one of the last times, you have to lead by example. Why don't you, and I, and some of the others create topics? You know, things people talk in? *sarcastic*

Really now, its not that difficult. Surely there is something of interest for you that you could bring up, and surely someone would reply. Little by little this would change things to a point where it wouldn't just be us doing it. Whether we like it or not, we the real members, are the standards bearers of this site and are responsible for it. Its our collective responsibility. It only takes a few people to slack off to make things revert back to what they were/are. The more people participate, the less this will happen or be talked about.

I see it as sad for someone to have to mention something so obvious, and apparently from a newcomer or lurker no less..

And to answer an earlier point you made in a last minute edit of yours-

Theres a difference between not liking this site, and liking it but being disappointed with some of it's conduct. In this case, I choose the latter.

Believe me vlad, i have written some threads (for to talk, appart of clips/pix of course) and almost nobody replyed, include in some threads nobody replyed. Then i understood than this forum is different to anothers. I always to share my stuff and give thanks to those who do it same. Maybe in next time i'll try to post others threads for to talk, but that isn't my mainly target about of tickling, i belongs to other forums of only to chat, like experts-excghange (computer/systems forum) and applescript (applescript coding forum), while this forum to my opinion is more for to share clips/pix. But that is just my opinion.
