To explain to me why the Dodgers lost.
Too painful.
The short reason: Their idiot of a manager removed the starting pitcher who, at the time of his removal, had pitched five shutout innings. Anderson had given up 2 hits, 2 walks, and 0 runs in 5 innings, while striking out 6 batters. He had made only 86 pitches. The Dodgers led 2-0 when he was removed.
He was quoted as saying that he could have pitched another five innings or up to 150 pitches if needed.
After Anderson was removed, the bullpen gave up 5 runs, all earned, on 7 hits and 2 walks, in just 3 innings. The Dodgers lost 5-3.
