what is your definition of an evil 'ler ?

I always hear and see people describe this ler as a pretty evil? I'm guessing people different interpretations of an evil ler. And I don't mean in a nonconsensual way....or maybe I do. It's up to the person I guess.

Anyway, what comes to mind you hear the phrase "evil ler"? And what type of person constitutes an evil ler?

For me, it's someone who knows my weaknesses (physically and mentally) and enjoys exploiting them. Builds the anticipation, teases, laughs. Spends a long time on a very ticklish spot. Tries to break me. Hunts for new spots, new positions.
