I had a cute young female dental hygienist who, when she was polishing my teeth, would go into my gumline with the brush. It tickled - she was the first and only hygienist to ever polish my teeth that way. I never mentioned it, but it struck me enough to look up roof-of-the-mouth tickling, and yep, it’s a thing. There is (or used to be) Asian porn with that theme and a device like Milagros shared.
 
I accidentally stumbled upon a spot the other day on my wife's back slightly below / around her shoulder blades. She started squealing and giggling and wiggling around. I suddenly realized my wife has a ticklish back.

Wifey and I are both very ticklish there.

The backs of my wife’s knees are very ticklish. About as ticklish as the bottoms of her feet.

Her collarbones are very ticklish as well. When I nibble around that area she will laugh and often yell out, “that’s my collarbone!”
 
It's not a favorite spot but it is surprising how ticklish my back is when someone decides to attack it.

Triceps. Specifically the "hands over head and tickle from the elbow, down the tri, into the pit" move.
 
Haven't had the opportunity to be tickled in unusual spots, but I did rub my finger into my own tailbone, which had a similar sensation to the knees. so I guess that spot.
 
Sigh.... My back.

Third favorite spot to be tickled, and I love it. Can't get enough of it.
 
As a ler - Knees and the back of the knees. Ears, tops of the feet, palms of the hands, and sides of the fingers.
 
Also, Tickling the back of the neck under the hair with an electric toothbrush. And the tops of the feet.
