Honestly, it's just kinda random. Definitely seeing an attractive woman in public. I'll think to myself, I wonder if she's ticklish. Or shoe play. Seeing a woman play with her shoes, slip her foot into and out of them. Seeing a woman in high heel shoes or hearing the sound of the click clacking of the heels.
As for upper body, Seeing someone stretch their arms up exposing their midriff and underarms. Also when women talk/act really tough/strong, especially more muscular women. I like the whole "big, strong woman broken by tickling" concept. The beach and flip flops during the summer. And so on.
