What you could do to finally seize the moment is when you see her outside, have her make some kind of playfully-sarcastic remark towards you, and as you two are about to leave, use a hug as an excuse to tickle her sides. If she laughs and asks "What'd you do that for? Haha", tease her by saying "gotcha back for what you said earlier!"
