If it was me, I'd want my mothers enchiladas with salad and some southern Sweet Tea. 🙂

Since I'm going to die the next day, I have no worries about cost or calories. So:

appetizers: oysters on the half shell, shrimp, and caviar
soup: minestrone
pasta course: linguine with white clam sauce
main course: rack of lamb with baked potato and creamed spinach
dessert: chocolate mousse pie with whipped cream on top
beverages:
Chateau Lafite Rothchild 1978 with the lamb
Chateau d'Yquem Sauterne 1996 with dessert
Lagavulin single malt whiskey after the meal
