Just "finished" Final Fantasy XV (meaning I did the story but not all of the post game content) and for all the faults that it had, I absolutely loved it. I legit cried at the end of that game and I'm not even ashamed haha, it's the first game that's ever gotten that reaction out of me. Would recommend even if you haven't played a Final Fantasy game before.

I was really hesitant about XV but after playing, I'm really excited about the VII remake.

I honestly didn't feel invested in the hero of Final Fantasy XV. Also my GF felt that Gladiolus should have been the hero (probably because he has an open shirt and chest muscles the size of a buwick). Anywho, currently playing Overwatch. 😀

I still play league, and I am quite tickled by the release of two new champions.

Xayah and Rakan

Xayah is a Marksman/Assassin. Rakan is a Support/Assassin.

And their weapons are feathers.

They are both adorable, and I am definitely going to be on the edge of my tickle-fetish while playing Rakan on the Rift.

Ugh, it's as if Rito lowkey has a tickle-fetish and they are reaching out to us through this champion release... :wub

I can't help but ship them as a tickle-fetish couple.

Got Steamworld: Heist in a flash sale and have been playing it to death. Wasn't interested in it because it was so different from the original, but saw it on sale and thought 'why not'. It's turning out to be the most fun I've had in a fair while. I've already racked up over 8 hours on it just replaying the first world-and-a-half. Like an addictive cross between Angry Birds and Disgaea. With loot.

I'm playing NG+ on good old Purse-owners V. Trying to max all S. LI- I mean Confidants, now that I already have max personality stats (Or whatever they're called)

It's been another 8 years or so since I checked in, hope everyone's been well! Let's see what's laying on the floor over here....
- finished Dark Souls 2: Scholar edition with a platinum
- been playing Paragon online with some friends. Not really a MOBA guy as I kind of suck at it, but it's been a fun enough experience
- finished Yooka Laylee a while ago, it was pretty good. The camera can definitely be crap sometimes, but otherwise it was a great Banjo spiritual successor.
- still playing Smash Bros. whenever people are around, and occasionally playing 4 online when I have nothing else going on
- kind of a side tangent, but my copy of the Dark Souls board game also showed up, so we've been trying to figure that out. Definitely very reminiscent of the video game, both for better and worse in specific ways.

Things that will probably be coming up soon/next:
- Dark Souls 3
- Final Fantasy 15
- Bayonetta 1 and 2
- Nier Automata
- Fire Emblem Echoes

There we go, that should catch me up for the next year or so while I disappear again! 🙂

I just recently picked up Final Fantasy Dawn of Souls (GBA remakes of 1 and 2) and I'm LOVING 1 but got bored of 2 haha. The only real problem I have with this version of 1 is that it's way too easy. I was overleveled for the rest of my playthrough by the time I got the bridge up outside Cornelia (my Black Mage died and I had to get the money for a Phoenix Down :/). Otherwise it's awesome.

That's awesome! I saw a bit of people playing it on Twitch a little while ago and it looked great. Stupid expensive though.

Finally got my paws on the console version of Superhot. I've wanted to play this since I heard of it, but my little laptop isn't really cut out for gaming. Fir those of you unfamiliar, Superhot is a FPS where time only moves when you do. So, as long as you stand still, everyone is (almost) frozen in place. You have to move around to pick up weapons and fight, not to mention dodge bullets. Like a bullet hell in slow motion, or perhaps a scene from The Matrix. Very fun, addictive little gem. It's the most innovative shooter I've played in years.
