Take the head off a remmington shaver, and switch it on. The smooth round ball on the end spins at hundreds of rpm. Guaranteed to destroy ticklish feet and pretty much anything it touches.

I haven't used it in a long time, but... there's two hair brushes, baby oil (only one bottle 😛), electric toothbrush, pipe cleaners, two fine-toothed combs, and several feathers that are probably a bit beat up by now.

I prefer the "dollar tree special". Cheap brushes and broom heads to give good contact. How much this actually helped? Idk lately it just turns me on instead 🤷
