I myself have been tickled by 5 ladies at once but numbers don't always mean a more intense session, because eventually you get numb and only react to the strongest touch. My most intense session was with two wonderful ladies who drove me insane because there were just enough fingers flying around and they knew where to use them.

...not sure cuz I was blindfolded....but to be tickled by three is probably the most effective...total sensory overload...to be naked, strapped down helpless...

Exactly the same with me. One time the assistant director came in screaming!

"I can hear her yelling 'STOP' from the OTHER END OF THE CAMP! You WILL respect her! Now go to bed!"

The next day she pulled me to the side laughing her head off. "They got you pretty good! I bet they would have killed you, if I hadn't stopped it."

Me, personally? Only two. But I saw 7 on 1 at a recent gathering - it was quite impressive: the only way you could have fit another 'ler in there would be to build a bigger bed. 😉
