A few I usually say when within the fury of road rage:
Nickle-Plated Crotch
After math of a mongolian gang rape
Arrangatang ass nugget
Ass pirate
*****

Two I actually reserved for a girlfriend (now ex of course) who cheated on me:
Telling her to shut her "Cum dumpster"
And calling her "maggot-crotch"

This is was the only woman I ever purposley insulted in my whole life, I had to make it interesting.

My personal favorite insult would have to be the clssic:

"Scat-munching sucker of Satan's cock." This is usually used in a sentence such as "Listen here, you scat-munching sucker of Satan's cock! I hope you die unloved and alone with a needle in your arm and cum in your eye behind the Howard Johnson's in the poor section of town!"

um jim? the only things i know that are septics, and a septic tank, and a septic field. both are repositories for effluvium. what kind of septic do you mean?
