Ok I suppose I'll claim my origins. I'm from Georgia as well. Not living there at the moment due to college but none the less. So here's me, one more of the few Georgian ticklephiles.

Knowing that Memphis is the home of the Southern Gathering, and having attended such myself, I know there's folk there. I encourage ya to also check the Southern Gathering's section of this forum (in the Southern US part of the Gatherings section). Look around December and late February, as that's when they tend to have them.
