Any fetish shared between two consenting adults is kosher. Obviously any activity which involves children, animals, deceased, or is done without consent is not only immoral, but illegal as well. But providing it's between two adults who have both consented to the activity, there really are no boundries.

Remember, to be closed-minded is to be ignorant. While we may not understand the thrill to be had in other fetishes, most other fetishes equally feel WE are weird and unusual. Acceptance granted is acceptance gained. 🙂

Well I think the so called GeniTorturers (probably spelled that wrong) are a bit extreme. For those unaware this is usually a M/M scene that involves heavy bondage, wherein one party's tackle gets sliced open, cleaned with various disinfectant and then sewn back together again (all of course without anisthetic).

But what i don't get how are some fetishes like a Necro fetish for example (where people dig up Dead Bodys and then well f**k them) this type of fetish can NOT be legal and wouldn't you think that people that are into theses type of fetish and other fetishes that aren't legal.... wouldn't you think that they would get arrested more so? then the people that have safe and legal fetishes.

You remember John Wayne Gacy and Jeffrey Dahmer? I'd say they took their 'fetishes' to the extreme. When I was in the Navy, according to the Uniform Code Of Military Justice, even the act of fellatio was punishable by a reduction in rank and forfeiture of pay. If tickling was a punishable offense, I'd still be breaking rocks at Leavenworth. (There were no women in my unit back then so I was safe). It goes back to not doing harm to anyone. Once you inflict pain on someone or desecrate a corpse, I think the word 'fetish' would no longer apply to that act. Any psychology majors out there with a clinical answer??

i agree when fetishes are taken to an such Extreme and the people with theses fetishes start killing and harming Children or animals or dead bodys etc. then its NO LONGER seen as a fetish. its seen as a MENTAL DISORDER there insane i feel. and yeah of course i know who Gacy is who doesn't? they have a great dvd on Gacy. i haven't seen it yet but i've heard its well done and correct. specially thoughs people that are into serial killers and crime type shows would def know who Gacy is like me (i kinda am in a way!).
