Out of curiousity for the tickling/ish Whovians, which Doctor would be the best tickler? I vote for the 4th, since that scarf could completely tie up one or more ticklees, as well as having the sonic screwdriver to tickle them. 😎

sorry if i'm a little clueless, but what does this mean??
i don't understand any of the doctor number 1 or 2 etc.
maybe its from a movie or something, but could someone please clear this up for me?🙂

It refers to a long running culy British sci-fi show called Doctor Who, which can still be caught on PBS in the US. Whenever they wanted to switch lead actors, the Doctor would "regenerate" into a completely new person. LOL. It's on a par with Star Trek for camp and special effects. I watched it in high school and college, so thought I'd see who else around here also did, but I fear I have my answer. LOL.

Oh, I'm familiar with Doctor Who, and terribly fond of the show, but....

I have to hand it to you. I've spent time pondering all manner of truly strange concepts about Doctor Who (and sundry other SF series), from speculations regarding the technical process of Time Lord Regeneration (the best theory I've read says that nanotech implants rebuild their bodies at the cellular level), radical shifts in Dalek starship design (Why the switch from the stark, utilitarian suacers of the 60s to the blocky, complex dreadnought of the 90s?) to exactly what happened at Atlantis ("The Underwater Menace," "The Daemons," and "The Time Monster" all give different accounts); but I can honestly say that in all my years of fandom, this question never once occurred to me.

I sit blinking in bewilderment. :wow: I really have no clue how to answer this one, but if you ever need a comprehensive study of the Cybermen's developmental history, I'm your man.

In principle, it's no sillier than any of the eight billion other celebrity polls....

Hi Smiley,
I took the liberty of adding names to your poll, as Biscuit suggested. Don't get real excited that I knew all the names, 😛 I looked them up. But I did cast my vote for Baker, the one whose chemistry popularized this series in the U.S.
