Tickle Abuse had one called Damsel in Distress a long time ago that was really good, Tasha uses a duster on this girls feet and she loses her mind.
I love that one. Tickle abuse have a some feather ticklish lees that are absolutely marvelous.

my fave feather tickling clip is an old clip of a french gal topless with her feet in a crank thing while she is sitting up. a guy raises her feet up to about her head (in front of her) then he uses a feather.
the clip is always on those porn sites with a million pop-ups, but every couple years I see it. I would buy it if I could. I just tried to find it on tnaflix, no dice.

Some good ones that come to mind:
Helene - French Tickling - (I think it's called Helene in the old house). FT has a bunch, just gotta search for feathers.
Stuck in the Stocks: Terri, Amii and Connie to name a few. Shame the site isn't around anymore.
FTKL has tons but one that sticks out as "damn, she really can't take" it is Keri Spectrum. I think the specific clip is called Hii-Yah, she's some type of karate student. Miss Crash and Stasia, too.
