Obviously you've never been in Bryant Park. And sorry if I don't trust C4S. I'm surprised at you, Wolf. A small percentage of his work is models. Most are not. And if they were models, he'd say so, rather than say that it's legal for him to photograph anyone in public. Which it is. But I'll tell you what: I'll send his threads and his C4S store links to the NY Post and the Daily News (sensationalist tabloids), and the eleven local stations we have here, and the NY1 channel, I am SURE at least one of them will have their interest piqued, they LOVE stories like this.....and then we'll see how many model releases he really has. A deal?

(and for the record, RBS....I don't make a new thread for each pic or scan.......I have threads just like yours, that go on for pages and pages, devoted to one type of subject or another. ....oh and P.S...... I'm working around Bryant Park a lot lately so I'll keep a look out for our little friend, maybe I'll run into him. It's a very small park....and it's PACKED with barefoot women, either office workers, students, or tourists.

C'mon, man...do you really think the powers that be (of this site, anyway) would let him keep posting if they didn't know without a doubt that he was not filming anyone without their permission?
You don't have to be a model to sign a model release. If the site admins thought for a moment that he was actually violating anyone else's privacy, it'd all be taken down.
You've been to Bryant Park. What do you think would happen to a guy who did this for real, so many times, with so many "close calls" where he almost gets caught?

The people are real; the scenarios are not. The scenarios are the selling point.
His customer base isn't into people being filmed with their consent.
