It has been my experience that everything that can go wrong, will go wrong on the first day of the week. Yet the closer to that beautiful weekend you get, the easier things become. Perhaps it's a mental thing, but customers always tend to be in such a miserable and awkward mood when they know they've just finished a wekend, and they have such a long wait until the next one. Wednesday is the spiking point and Friday tends to be very easy going, as It's kinda the home stretch.
