Who owns the TMF?

....just a random thought that popped in my head.....
Who exactly owns the TMF, is one person or a group of people. 🙂 😀

Tickling is Life, the TMF isn't "owned" in the usual sense of the word. However, MTP Jeff owns the server and pays for it's expenses (bandwidth, maintenance etc.), so he would fit the "ownership" definition best. Myriads is 'General Manager' and the other mods are 'Assistant Managers', so to speak, but all on a non-payment, volunteer basis. 🙂
