Hmm, let me think. To get to the level of the ATF, we'd probably need some trained ninja monkeys, several planets/universes completely destroyed, the deaths of at least 3 people, references to more video games, video game moves and animes than you could shake a stick at, explosions to power the entire United States for a decade, plus whatever random mayhem may occur. Oh, and yes; lots and lots of popcorn.
